Crystal, Lead CSR
Crystal has worked with JVH and CV since 2005. It has always been her passion to work with animals and help their owners. She currently has a horse, dog, and cat of her own. Crystal can usually be found renovating her very unique abandoned nuclear missile silo that she is converting into a quirky airbnb in Jones County.
Brittney, Lead Vet Assistant
Brittney has a boxer mix named Sadie. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her pup and ducks or enjoying time on the water. She graduated from NC State in 2022 with a B.S. in Animal Science and dual minors in Zoology and Nutritional Sciences. Brittney would like to one day return to her home waters of Greenland to try to find the Narwhal she raised from a calf after rescuing it on one of her solo sailing adventures to Svalbard.
Amber, Veterinary Assistant
Amber started with us shortly after graduating from college in 2021. Her dream has always been to go to vet school, which she is currently working towards. Amber spends her free time working towards earning her aeronaut instructor certification; her longest dream is to pilot her homemade hot air balloon across the Atlantic Ocean.
Emily, RVT
Emily has been working for us since June 2023. She is a licensed and registered veterinary technician and is proficient in all areas of our practice but especially enjoys surgery and dentistry. Emily enjoys making life-like scaled replicas of various parasites, worms, ticks, and other veterinary related pests into her Russian Ballet dioramas that she sells on Esty.
Victoria, Veterinary Assistant
Vic has worked with us since 2024. She is originally from Florida and has a special place in her heart for flag making as well as ixodology, the study of ticks.
