Jacksonville Veterinary Hospital is an AAHA Accredited comprehensive animal care facility offering personalized premium health care for companion pets. We are a family owned, generational business that has been serving Jacksonville, Onslow, and the surrounding areas since the 1950’s. Our services include preventative and wellness care, diagnostics including an in-house laboratory, digital radiography, and ultrasound, dental and surgical services, laser therapy, microchipping, vaccinations, behavior and nutritional counseling, pharmacy, and much more.

The clinic has been committed to practicing the highest standards of veterinary medicine since the very beginning. Now owned and led by Dr. Candice Thomas, Jacksonville Veterinary Hospital and our sister clinic, College View Veterinary Hospital, are two of only three clinics in the region that are AAHA accredited which means that we hold ourselves accountable and are accredited to meet much higher standards of medicine.
Communicating with our clients on a personal level has always been one of the bedrocks of our practice's success. We have the highest standards for our staff and have always sought the most intelligent, motivated, kind, and empathetic employees. We continually strive to implement and improve upon the standards set forth by AAHA, the AVMA, and our state examining board.
